All returned items must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date in unused condition with original tags attached and hygienic liners intact. If you return your item outside of the 15 day return window, we're happy to apply a store credit to be used on a future purchase.
How do I send it back?
Simply send an email to email@example.com with a copy of your receipt and the items you want to return
Please make sure your order has order number and full name that matches your order.
Once we receive the returned items, we'll process your refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags and stickers attached.
I haven't received my refund yet
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
